Baby's Story

Chicken with Orange Recipe

Adequate for babies nine months of age on up.
Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
300 grams of boneless and skinless chicken
100 grams of natural orange juice
200 cc’s of chicken broth
4
tablespoons of olive oil
Flour
Salt (optional)
  

 Preparation 

  1. Chop the chicken and condiment it with salt, flour it and then shake off the excess amount of flour.
  2. Place the chicken in a pan and brown the chicken pieces. Once they have browned, take them off the stove and place them on a paper towel.
  3. Use a baking pan and place the chicken in it with the orange juice and the chicken broth.
  4. Cook in the previously heated oven at 180 degrees C. uncovered for around 25 minutes. As it goes cooking make sure to flip the chicken pieces.
  5. Divide the meal into serving portions and store what is not going to be used adequately.

This recipe can be accompanied by boiled rice or 80 grams of mashed potatoes.
