Hake Fillets with Vegetable Puree Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients
150 grams of hake fillets
1 carrot
6 spinach leaves
100 grams of potatoes
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Preparation
- Wash and peel the vegetables and the potatoes, then chop them into small pieces.
- Cook them with a little bit of cold water covered. When they start to boil, allow them to cook for around 15 minutes.
- After the cooking time has finished, add in the cleaned fish and allow it to cook for around 8 to 10 minutes more.
- Once done take the fish out of the preparation and break it up into small pieces, then mash the rest of the preparation.
- Mix it all together and add in the olive oil. Separate the preparation into two servings portions.
- Store what you are not going to be using adequately.
