Lack of Appetite in Children
Some children have chronic inappetence. The parents or people responsible of a child’s diet should be aware of what the child needs to eat so that the he or she does not have any health problems because of it. It is very important first of all to follow your pediatrician’s indications and remember that while it is important to eat fish and meat, it is also important to eat raw or cooked vegetables, potatoes, pastas, and of course fruit and milk. If for example a child does not want to eat anymore and has left milk and vegetables with potatoes, you cannot allow him or her to leave the vegetables and only eat the meat, because although meat is more expensive, in order to be well fed, the child needs to eat meat but also his or her vegetables and potatoes. This is the way we can contribute to the balance of his or her diet.
