Mashed Potato Shell with Chicken Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up.
Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients
80 grams of potatoes
2 tablespoons of milk
1 serving of 75 grams of croquette paste
10 grams of grated cheese
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and put them to cook with abundant cold water.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, strain them and mash them with a potato masher adding in the milk and some liquid from the left over water that the potatoes so that you end up with a light consistency mashed potato meal.
- In a shell or individual plate that can be placed in the oven, place the croquette paste and surround it with mashed potatoes roses that can be made with the help of a baker’s glove.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on the top.
- Place the preparation to brown in the oven; making sure it is further away from the browning part of the oven so that it browns evenly and nicely.
