Shredded Chicken with Marrow or Carrots Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up.
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
175 grams of boneless chicken breast without fat
150 grams of marrow or carrot
20 grams of rice flour
Preparation
- Put the chicken breast to cook with 200 cc's of vegetable broth or chicken broth and the peeled and chopped marrow
- Allow it to cook slowly for 25 minutes.
- After cooking time has completed, shred the chicken.
- Put the puree back on the stove with the rice flour so that it acquires a bit more consistency.
- Once it is done, set aside the serving you are going to use and store the rest adequately.
You can do the same recipe by substituting the marrow for carrots as well.
