Tuna Recipe
Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients
1 tuna fillet of 75 to 80 grams
A few drops of lemon
Flour, egg (beaten) and breadcrumbs
Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Make sure the fish is clean.
- Condiment the fish with the salt and lemon juice.
- Flour the fish making sure to shake off the excess amount of flour, then put it in the egg and finally the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in an abundant amount of hot oil. Once it is golden on both sides, take it off the heat and allow it to drip and cool over a metal rack before serving out.
